Conditional sentences

Watch this video and you will learn how to make conditional sentences

We form conditionals with two different clauses:

If clause (conditional) and main clause (result clause), the order is the same but if we start with the if clause we need a comma to separate both clauses.

There are four different kinds of conditionals

Zero Conditional:

If/ When + present simple      Present simple

If you heat water at 100 degrees, it boils
If you don't have your umbrella, when it rains, you get wet

First conditional
Probable conditional

If/ Unless + Present simple      Will+verb
                                                 Imperative
                                                 Modal+verb

Call me if you want to come to the concert tonight

If the station is closed, you can buy the tickets on the Internet

Second conditional

If I were you, I 'd  buy the tickets on the Internet

Third conditional
